Welcome to TypeForge AI. By accessing or using our website, typing application, and backend services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account or using our training interface, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to use the platform.

2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

Your profile is managed securely using Clerk. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and are fully liable for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. License & Intellectual Property

The client interface, design system, and custom machine learning algorithms are part of TypeForge AI. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the training software. The core components of TypeForge are open source and subject to the terms of our official GitHub repository licenses.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to manipulate typing records, deploy automation bots to generate fake high-scores, attempt to scrape sentences or exercises in bulk, or disrupt backend APIs. Accounts exhibiting bot-like or abusive API request rates may be throttled or terminated.

5. Limitation of Liability

TypeForge AI is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no guarantees regarding continuous uptime, database persistence, or metric forecasting accuracy. In no event shall TypeForge AI or its contributors be liable for any damages arising out of your use of the website.
